
Not a good day to report on anything folks. The darn weight is back to 207 lbs. I expect (hope) to shed 1-2 lbs by tomorrow morning. The reason being that I only had grilled veggies and soup yesterday. Also DG and I walked a few laps around the track. So hopefully that will reflect on my body soon.... Until next time, I hope I have unshackled my binds.

You will lose the weight, this is just two steps forward one step backwards, but eventually you are moving forward.
