Ok, so I got the scale and I weigh 185 lbs as I mentioned earlier.
I wish I can reach 170 lbs by the end of November, it's 2 tough though!
I'm having my cereal every morning, hitting the gym about an hour and a half everyday.
I'm eating one meal a day; however, an apple or an orange comes in between.
I don't think I'm doing good, my one meal is not even related to the diet. Maybe that's why!
What's up with you guys?!
