Weight be gone.
202 lbs this morning. I haven't exercised in quite a while. Need to push harder. Had a tofu salad for lunch... Been marooned on my brain-island....

I walked 2.5 miles
Well Today I am 138.8 pounds. Very glad so far. I was worried I am going to have a set back and go back to the 40's. yessssssssssssss. I didn't.
Now that I am 138 and I met my goal already for November 20th. I will announce that my goal for November 30th is 136.

Stable is good (for now.)
The weight is at 204 lbs. A couple of pounds lighter than last week, but still higher than the week before at 201 lbs. No worries, a minor setback. The path is clear and the spirit is strong. Onward & forward my lard-filled body. Your road to glory shall be but the beginning. Fame, fortune await.
