
Since I care to share, here is what I had a few minutes ago:
Persian food; I had 5 cubes of chicken breast and two pieces of ground beef, followed by a wonderful Osh with lemon juice. I may need to skip dinner as a precaution. No panic, stay on target, you can do this Salty!
